Adding and removing services is done through the SSD administration interface. Navigate to the following: Admin -> Services -> Manage Services:  Enter services in the field provided and click the save button. To remove services, click the trashcan icon and to edit service names, click the underlined service name. You will not be able to delete services if they are currently selected as part of any incident or maintenance event (open or closed). Once services are added, removed or changed, the dashboard will immediately be updated. |
