Management

Managing SSD consists of the following tasks:

Managing the systems and services for which SSD will provide status
Creating and updating incidents with systems and services
Scheduling system maintenance with systems and services
Maintaining an escalation path for reporting incidents
Managing email recipients
Managing administrative users

All management occurs through the SSD administration console. You must be logged in as an administrator to access any of these features.
